Clean sawn Edge On slate
When we cut slate hearths we use either the 3.5 metre or 2.5 metre long bridge which gives a very clean cut to the edges. This is the most popular choice and generally works out cheaper than having other detailed work carried out on your slate such a Bevelled edge which is also know as chamfer or having bull nose slightly rounded off on the corners.
