Make your own Stone surround for wood burnersSurrounding a Wood Burner or multi fuel stove with stone cladding can create a warm appearance and a great focal point to any living space. There are a number of ways this can be achieved with many many types and brands of stone veneers on the market the choice is endless we have specialised in Natural stone, manufactured stone and brick slips they all have their pros and cons but work in exactly the same way. You need to work out the design you would like first these basic fireplace surrounds have used the brick slips to great effect the first picture shows how you can create fantastic corners with the use of out 90 degree corner brick which gives the appearance that a full size brick has been used. The second picture shows how just the fireplace insert has been covered to give the look of a brick wall behind the wood burner.
